Multi-phase contract engagement with Traxis, a precision CNC machine shop. Replaced their email-based quoting and ordering workflow with a customer portal deeply integrated with their ProShop ERP — from RFQ intake through quoting, order automation, and invoicing. Real customer orders now flow through the system end to end.Designed and built the public-facing marketing site for Traxis — highlighting their CNC machining capabilities, precision tolerances, and industry certifications across aerospace, medical devices, and industrial automation.

The admin panel gives the Traxis team a live view of all incoming RFQs — filterable by status, company, and date. KPI cards at the top show new requests, in-review items, quoted jobs, and weekly volume at a glance.

Each RFQ has a full detail page with line items, file upload for engineering drawings, internal notes (invisible to customers), customer info, and a timestamped activity log tracking every status change and action.

Customers log in to submit RFQs, review quotes, and accept them online. Accepted quotes push directly into ProShop, with quote revisions tracked and displayed. Re-orders of previous parts take a couple of clicks. The deepest part of the engagement: reverse-engineering ProShop's GraphQL API (no sandbox environment — every write hits production) to automate the order-to-cash chain. Accepting a quote creates the Customer PO, spawns and finalizes Work Orders with the part's operations, syncs status back to the customer, and generates invoices — steps that previously required manual data entry across multiple screens.
